    The Ireland Immigrant Investor Program was established in 2012 to allow wealthy individuals and families from
    outside the European Union to obtain residency in Ireland in exchange for making an approved investment
    in the Irish economy.
    Minimum net Worth
    The applicant must have a minimum net worth of €2 million.

INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS

    The applicant can make an investment in either of the following:

    Option I: An investment of €1 million in a new or existing Irish business for a minimum of three years. The enterprise can be a start-up registered by the investor.

    Option II: An investment of €1 million in an investment fund for at least three years. Investment funds must invest in Irish businesses and projects.

    Option III: An investment of €2 million in any Irish REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

    Option IV: An investment of €5 million to a public project benefiting the arts, sports, health, culture or education.

Family Coverage

It extends to the main applicant’s
spouse/civil partner, dependent children under 24

Processing time

The application is processed within 2-3 months.
